Biomanufacturing is an emerging industry that can reshore manufacturing, provide new jobs, and provide a reliable supply chain during a national conflict or disaster. The best way to develop the biomanufacturing industry is to prove a return on investment to investors. The United States government can do this by providing bounties and procurement programs to biomanufactured products that have low regulations.

Bellefonte is a Borough in Centre County Pennsylvania. This is a report for Bellefonte Council and Bellefonte Planning Commission that argues that there is too much retail space in the Central Business District, 5 times more than can be economically supported by the borough. There needs to be more allowed usage in the Central Business District including allowing residential use on the first floor, which is currently not an allowed use.

Are buildings that provide housing next to another building, typically a house. Allowing ADUs give homeowners the option to build another housing unit on their property. ADUs are a market-based solution to the needs of workforce housing. The brochure promotes ADUs and asks Ferguson Township supervisors and planning commission to take steps to allow them in residential zones.
